smoking increases …
smoking increases heart rate, adrenaline, releases endrophines in brain right? what else does this? vigorous exercise! when you want to smoke do 50 fast jumping jacks and then take a deep breath and hold it while squeezing your neck with your hands. you will get a slight rush and feel your heart racing. same effect of smoking without the harm. actually you will keep weight off by the exercises and increase lung capacity. after an alan carr wiki this is all you need to quit. God be with you.
You’re.
You’re.
god you made me cry …
god you made me cry good for you your such a good speaker
You just gotta stop …
You just gotta stop…period…
These days…I keep thinking about not wanting to get lung cancer and die one day…I do not want to go through that …this is how I’m cutting down smoking…
That’s true. I …
That’s true. I don’t think smokers are fully convinced that they can live more fulfilling lives with out cigarettes than with them. When smokers try to quit they really feel like they are giving up something, when in reality they are gaining back lost energy, brain power due to extra oxygen to the brain, overall health and most importantly, a return to the stable, natural balance of human functioning. While smoking you are never in the natural state because of constant drug intake.
I think the …
I think the complaint “it’s so hard to quit” is an excuse to absolve yourself of responsibility, and that’s it. When it’s “hard” it’s an explanation of why you didn’t quit.
People do what they want to do. The problem is that people don’t REALLY *want* to quit. They just say they do, but then it’s “hard” so they “can’t”
It takes some effort, but it’s not a monumental task. It’s uncomfortable, it takes some discipline, but it’s nothing compared to, say, getting into shape or losing weight.
I’ve been a smoker …
I’ve been a smoker for seven years and I could not agree with you more. I’ve quit for a couple of months on two occasions. But I’ve tried and failed after a few days several times when I use Nicotine replacement or herbal crap supplements. When you quit cold turkey, it’s not hard. Just stop and don’t buy anymore and most importantly, DON’T Complain about ho hard it is. It suddenly becomes easy. MY problem is not the quitting, but the connection with alcohol. I always relapse when I’m drunk!

Come on.
Every time you light up, you made the choice to do it. Do you really think you have absolutely no responsibility in your decision to smoke?

> 1 question? u ever smoked?
Of course.
It’s this huge myth about quitting. Day one, you’re irritable and ancy. Day 2 it’s difficult to think, you had a lousy night of sleep. Day 3 your lungs feel wierd, almost like you’re hyperventilating all the time, you had a lousy night of sleep again.
It’s not that hard. It’s minor discomfort for a few days. In a week, all the symptoms of withdrawal are gone, and at the WORST you “want” to smoke but you no longer have a physical need to smoke.

It’s actually pretty straightforward to quit smoking. You stop getting cigarettes, putting them in your mouth, and lighting them on fire.
why is everybody a …
why is everybody a lap dog for the government? WHy do so many people get easily led by them. I don’t get why so many people are dumbed down by the government. ANybody who thinks outside the lines of the government and has their own opinion is ridiculed by everybody who is dumbed down by the media. IT just shows you cannot have an opinion with fascists whether right or wrong
I’m susprised we …
I’m susprised we don’t wear respirators in LA. ITs what the future most likely holds. LA has far worse pollution that london and houston is worse than la. IT makes perfect sense to wear oxygen masks in urban cities. People should quit over sized cars. Nobody need more than 2 litre engine for transport. This is garbage
same with LA
same with LA
