Stop smoking with SNUS!
A short record of my attempt to stop smoking with Swedish made snus. I decided to use buy snus dot com and received my order in less than one week. It came in a plain brown bubble envelope and had no problems with customs or taxes using the Swedish postal option which was a free shipping method. I will keep you updated on my attempt to quit smoking. Project started September 26, 2007

If YOU decided for yourself to give up smoking, that’s fine. If you feel compelled by Nazi’s, that’s a whole nother issue. I’m going to try this SNUS. I used to do Copenhagen, which is Great! Patches and Gum are a friggin joke. But the best is Cigarettes!

Great to hear that you’ve quit smoking. Its a nasty habbit. btw did you know that after having a pris o snus under your lip for about an hour, you get the same amount of nicotine as in 4 ciggaretes? I think its great because thats about the dose if nicotine i need per snusing time to get through the day without any abstinens issues.

good for you! general white portions are pretty good. the white portions have much less juice and seem to be pretty potent. i use skruf for portions. they really have a nice flavor and kick!

I can tell it has a lot of nicotine in it but a smoke still gives me more of a buzz. I think it is because of the way you process the nicotine.
You should come over and test our chemical foods and products. It’s all garbage. Then you would appreciate your national foods and products more!

Its kinda hilarious …
Its kinda hilarious for me to watch this, I live in Sweden and I am a consumer of snus. Everything we take for granted is not so obvious in America. You should know that the nicotine is about 9 times higher in snus than in cigarettes, so its extremely addictive. On the other hand it is less hazardous to your health and at least I think that it isn’t that nasty as smoking (even if I smoke sometimes). If you have any questions about snus of such, just memo me I’ll be happy to answer your questions

Hey, Nick! This is my second smoke-free day with Swedish snus. I had a question regarding how to use the portions. Is there any proper way to use them? I have just been pulling my lip out and shoving the portion as far as it can go in the upper lip with the portion horizontal.
